Our primary purpose in the Community Group is to lead people to ordering their lives around and experiencing the Biblical values of LifeBridge Church, training them to...

Three internal values...

  • Worshipping...living in the presence of God 
  • Growing...in the power of God
  • Living...in interdependent and authentic community of God

Resulting in an external life and community...

  • Employing...an every-member-ministry in the sovereign pleasure of God
  • Seeking ...social justice, both in community groups and worship gatherings, in order to minister to the needs of the least of these (homeless, impoverished, addicted, working poor, widow, orphan) for the glory of God
  • Sharing...the gospel of Jesus Christ displaying the power of God unto salvation

Each community group establishes and helps the group process LBC's vision, values and membership expectations (the draft of this document is in process) and leads them toward that end. (This solidifies the values of living in interdependent and authentic community.)
